What information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit the contact form or the audit request form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and any message you write. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is forwarded to our CRM (GoHighLevel) for follow-up.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 may collect your IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is aggregated and used only to improve site performance and understand which content is useful.

If you arrive from a paid ad, we may collect click identifiers such as gclid (Google), fbclid (Meta), gbraid, or wbraid to attribute conversions accurately. These are stored in your browser's session storage and included with form submissions to measure advertising effectiveness.

Cookies

This site sets a theme cookie to remember your display preference (light, dark, or system). GA4 sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels beyond what GA4 sets by default.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request
  • To measure and improve site performance via GA4
  • To attribute leads to the correct advertising channel
  • To manage client relationships via GoHighLevel CRM

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

Data retention

Form submissions are retained in GoHighLevel for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship. GA4 data is retained for 14 months per Google's default. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us directly.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
